Decent RAM choice for AMD 7670k APU?

AMD sent me a new Godovari 7670k processor to review, and I realized that the system is running with 4 Gigabytes of rather old RAM. Current ram is running at 1333mhz, 9-9-9-24. Gigabyte F2A55M-HD2 is the motherboard. Gigabyte Website lists a few 2400 mhz choices for the board. However, I'm not sure which would make the most difference - latency or clock speed of the ram.

Now, I'm thinking that as part of my review, I could run a few tests comparing performance with better ram.

The 7670k is being marketed as a choice for budget gamers, so notice that I'm asking for a DECENT RAM choice that a gamer on a budget might make. I would appreciate any recommendations, though. Thanks!

Here's a guide to memory from AT. It gives you an idea as to what to expect from the various CAS latencies.

Had some surprises for me, such at 1333 Mhz with a CAS latency of 7 is as fast as 2133 Mhz with a latency of 11.

I think lower CAS latency is more ideal for lighter workloads, where the amount of memory accessed is not that great. So faster access times = better than more information p. cycle. Where as if you are doing bandwidth heavy stuff, it'll be more beneficial to do more per cycle. But it's nothing to care for, really. 1333mhz 7 is as great as 2133mhz 11. Just don't get something like 1600mhz 1.65v 11 CAS. That's stupid.
