Decent PC case w/PSU for $40-$60 shipped?

I need a new decent case with PSU. I want it to be sturdy not like the flimsy super cheap cases available.

The anand's entry level guide recommends the case-edge/Foxcon TS-01 which is available for $50 shipped at newegg. It has a 300 W PSU which should be enough but definitely is not much.

Just wondering if there are any better deals in my price range with a better PSU. I would prefer a black case and I can get case and PSU separately as long as it fits in my budget.

Thanks

I tried the Powmax and it is very flimzy. The entire case shakes and the motherboard tray flexes to the point the it I insert or remove cables and addon cards my momobo ming brake.

Are there any Antecs with exposed drives. Recent ones have a cover?

This is mine, the price has really gone up since I got it around a year ago (I paid about $70 shipped IIRC), but I can definitely vouch for its quality - it's built like a tank, has good ventilation, is very ergonomic and has no sharp edges.
