Decent New Build Package?

The different is just $15 (or $5 with promo code), but will a 2500K do you any good compared to just 2500 if you are using a P67 chipset mobo?

What will the computer be used for? It looks decent but if any gaming is involved, then a discrete GPU is a must.

P67 supports overclocking.

While I don't normally say anything nice about Rosewill PSU's, that one actually reviews pretty well. (the ATNG 6300 build that it's based on)
I'm still skeptical though...and wouldn't buy one for my own computer...Never...NEVER cheap out on the power supply...it's the heart of your computer system.
You're a "watch guy," so let's use this analogy...would you put a "Fung Yu" battery in an expensive Rolex? It might fit...but the quality may be less than desirable...and if it leaks, it can ruin the watch. 😛

"Fung Yu" too, Boomer! 😛

Eggzacry! I've never been fond of the ATNG-built PSUs, and that's what this Rosewill appears to be. FAR better to get a good Seasonic-built unit.

From the OP's Newegg link:

Manufacturer Warranty

Parts 2 years limited

Labor 2 years limited

IMO, offering a 2 year warranty doesn't sound like they have a lot of faith in their units.

Not really worth it IMHO. You've got overpriced memory, overpriced case, and a Seagate HDD for only a $91 discount.
