Decent mobo for Pentium D 805

Building a budget computer for a friend and she is very very tight on money. I'm goin with the Pentium D 805 since its the cheapest dual core processor by quite a bit, compared to AMD. I know Conroe's are outrageous performers, but its simply too much even for the lowest end cpu. Plus, the 805 is a nice overclocker.. But anyway, I need a motherboard thats reasonably priced thats compatible with DDR2 667 RAM.. Don't need many features.. just need something that works well. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
 
This one is good if you're not ocing... but get the gigabyte ds3 if you want to oc and MIGHT upgrade to conroe. Its the shiz @ ocing.
