All it will have to power is mobo/processor/HS fan, hard drive, and cdrom for install of OS. Thanks for advice.

I would buy the Fortron FSP350-60PN. Kristopher Kubicki recommended this over an similiarly powered Antec model a while ago.

I just ordered one about 2 hrs ago for my in-laws new rig. the generic 300W in it now is too loud. (I can sell the old one to you cheap if you'd like it. )

The Blue LED version is very quiet (I know, I own one) but the non-LED is supposed to be barely audible. In addition the 120mm fan is very good at exhausting heat even when in the lowest speed possible. These are awesome PSUs. 🙂

Sparkles are nice for the price. Thermaltake get my vote. Decent priced, quality power supplies are available if you can find them being offered my non-merchants on ebay.

Anything 300+ should do just nicely. If your OCing a little bit, get a 430.

I have the non-LED version, it's dead silent on low.
