Decent Headset for gaming?

Looking to buy a headset for around 20-50 bucks, mainly going to use it for CSS. Any advice on what to get? i also might need a sound card as im using onboard sound.

I recommend the Sennheiser PC150's ...

Plantronics Audio .90 suck... I had 3 break on me.
