Question decent, fast response 22/24" IPS monitor?

IIRC there were recommendations for the AOC 24G2U5, but it looks like it's been discontinued. I searched one of my suppliers' sites but the pickings for the price that AOC one was at were pretty slim:

Or is there a good review site I should consult? I'm in the UK btw. I'd like an IPS because of the better colour reproduction and I'd like the fast response rate because I do a bit of gaming.

One question - fast response and IPS... ghosting is it referred to as, when the ghost of old display content lingers? Is a good response time meaning also less ghosting or not really at all?
