I have only read positive reviews concerning it, it has a decent fan and the heatsink is surprisingly well-made considering the price.

This is what I went with for my Athlon XP 2700 and it keeps things cool, even with the crappy thermal "grease" that it came with the hottest I have seen the CPU get is 44C. 38-39C idle temp. looks nice too and the fan is made of UV reactive blue material. Eventually I'll pick up some AS5 and the temp will probably drop a few degrees.

Yup, the Speeze/Spire Whisper Rock series is fine. They are fairly large at the fan, just need to check your clearances. I also like the Thermal Ingegration V77L if space is more limited.
