Decent el cheapo mATX OCing Board

Criteria:

- Decent onboard video (Intel IGP's can kiss my ass and rot in hell for all i care) since i'd like to be able to play some of my older games decently in case the main video card dies, and NVIDIA and AMD Intergrated >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Intel's by a huge margin.
- Reasonable OCability (At least something that can get a cheapy X2 or Pentium E21** to beyond the performance my a E4500 @ Stock)
- Prefer to spend less than $100,the cheaper the better.
- Like to buy from a company that has good customer service if possible, and reliable boards.

Yes i know i have too high of standards.

I've seen only a very few Review's of the 630i boards, with mixed results in OCing.

From the looks of things,it'll likely end up being one of those boards, just wondered if there was anything from Intel that didn't have their junky IGP's.

Still open to suggestions.

I have GA-73PVM-S2 running a Q6600.
Now, I can only get it to do 333FSB. I am still testing it out.
