Decent computer headphones+mic

I have a pair of Koss TD-61's that have recently died on me. it's rather decent hardware, but they've died. I want to replace them with something as good or better, particularly on the speakers in them.

I'd like it to be a headset if possible, but headsets that I can quickly find are for chatting, and have lower-end speakers in them.

Ideas?

edit: <40$ and must be behind-the-head style

I'd like to know as well. I had to settle for some crappy logitech ones that are just slightly above "freebie ones that come with $12.00 walkmen" in quality.

I know that Fry's sometimes carries plantronics headsets which are great for phones...but I don't know how they work for gaming/music + speach.

There just isn't a good selection of headphones with a mic. Too bad Sennheiser didn't put out a headset or two with mics built in. 🙁

Well I"d just go cop a 20 dollar headset microphone.
The quality's pretty good on those.

I use mine to record my songs and everything turns out great.

in the comfort deparment, this limmits you to overpriced Sony's that are VERY prone to loose connections. I've owned 3 and regreted all of them.
