decent cheap camera

whats a good camera i can pickup (used or new) for around $100 - i just need something simple that can take pictures of the mods im doing on my car with some clarity. atm i'm using the 1mp built in on my sony camcorder and it doesnt cut it (blurry, dark, sucks, etc).
 
my wife bought a vivitar 3.3 mp on sale on black friday at target for $88

it takes nice pictures, i added a 64MB SD card i bought off FS/T for $20
