Decent budget LCD?

need a budget lcd for internet browsing at home... so response rate doesnt matter much

i suppose i should look for the highest brightness and widest viewing angle.. but there are so many brands i dont know which is good or not...reliability would be a big plus
 
Samsung's are always a good choice, but as with any monitor you must choose based on your own eyes. What I thinks is awesome you may think is too bright, too dull etc.
