Decent app for recovering data from damaged/old CDs

Anyone have any ideas for a Windows XP app to recover data from old, scratched or otherwise damaged CDs? I'm trying to rearchive some old CD archives onto DVD and have hit a couple of files that I just can't copy. I've had good luck with MagicISO and Isobuster handling old discs, but they both choke on this one.
 
ISOBuster is the one. Unfortunately, you will need the paid version to recover data. ISOBuster can see all the data on multiwrite tracks including those that have been replaced (with the paid version - but if the freeware cannot see them, hmmm - may be sol). Got a $40 gift certificate for Longhorn's for recovering old tax forms for a senior VP once.
