Decent AGP video card in the $125.00 price range?

I am still running an old AIW 7500 and need to upgrade video cards. I haven't been keeping up with them at all. I also dual boot with linux so that is important. I was also wondering if my processor is good enough for most games at medium quality settings? I am running an Intel D 820 at 2.8 (stock speeds). I might go with a C2D when prices fall more. I haven't done any gaming in about 5 years, so I thought I would try a few games and see if I could get into them. Maybe with todays graphics it will be more fun.

I didn't know DX 10 cards are going to released soon. I am running XP so I will still probably get a DX 9 card since DX 10 isn't going to XP. I am not in a hurry to buy a new card. I know the longer I wait the better the prices are going to be. I figure it has been 5 years no need to be in a hurry.
