Decent, affordable 5.1 HTS with at least two HDMI inputs and small front satellites?

OK, I'm not looking for the absolute best quality system out there, but I don't want it to sound like garbage either -- I am NOT an audiophile.

However, I'm moving my 42" TV from a floor stand to above the fireplace, and I want:

1) A system with small satellite speakers for minimal visual intrusion
2) At least two HDMI inputs (PS3 plus cable box)
3) Uses standard speaker wiring and not proprietary junk (so I can run longer cable if needed)
4) $200 to $300 price range (probably overly optimistic, but whatever ;) )

This is one I saw at Amazon for $279:

I currently have an Onkyo HT-S3100

Thanks in advance.

Personally, I would go with something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Yamaha-HTR-623...9445037&sr=1-2 for $200.00 and find speakers seperate. Mind you, Im a Yamaha fan, but they have about the best DSP processor on the market, AND they use the same DACS and AMP in the HTR series as their big boy RX-V series. It may look like more than what you want, but you may just grow into it.

edit: After closer inspection it looks like the receiver int he package you linked is almost identical to the one I linked...the one I linked has a few more capabilities, but otherwise looks like the same basic capabilites.

I say  either way.
