But he has said....once it comes out...But speaking of cards that has been reviewed, yes....it is the fastest card that we know about..

No, you're wrong like Ackmed, the Asus dual 7800GT card is the fastest card we've seen reviewed and will totally own a X1800XT in many situaions:

Fastest upcoming card we've seen benched

that dual-7800gt is gonna cost at least 649 dollars.

a x1800 xt in would cost 499 or cheaper if ATI can supply enough quanity on release date

nothing is fair unless what u make of it.

But rollo I think u are some kind of nVidia agent or something that is working hard to increase their sales. LoL

As nice as that would be, I work in software and like my job very much. :)

The XT is NOT the fastest card Ackmed.

The 7800GTX is the fastest card you can buy.

WRONG!!!

What type of post is that? You offer no proof. That's like me walking up to someone, saying "God is a homosexual" and walking away, offering no proof. It kinda makes you look stupid...then when you are proved wrong, no one will even bother to listen to you anymore.

Why do I need to justify my answer when you can clearly see the reviews showing that the X1800XT is faster? You are just a diehard Nvidia fan that is too stubborn to notice that it is the fastest card out.

Yeah, I'm a diehard nvidia fan.....rightt......I own some ATI cards too. I don't like em, but I own them.

If ATI would suddenly pull the lead, and I wanted the BEST I could buy for my money, I'd go ATI.

But, seeing as how simply saying "wrong" means nothing.....lets see here....I just got CPU Mag..and their benchmark nums in games such as BF2, Doom3, HL2, Far Cry and 3dMark, the x1800XT kicked the in only 1 place: Far Cry with maxed out settings. Otherwise, the XT looses all battles, some by very large margins, some by only a few FPS.

You do need to show proof you fool.

CPU (which I trust more than these online reviews)

Perhaps check out hardocp.com as well...they show it as being loud, and they show it winning here and there (not consistantly though.) In some places it gets trounced.

The MSRP for the 512MB Radeon X1800 XT is $549; this is no small amount of change. We have seen retail GeForce 7800 GTX-based video cards online for $100 cheaper than the X1800 XT?s MSRP. As of yesterday, the X1800 XT was selling for approximately $50 over MSRP. If money is no object, the Radeon X1800 XT keeps a steady pace with GeForce 7800 GTX 256MB video card[q/]

On top of all that, the XT in there is 512Mb, and the GTX is 256, along with the fact the XT is clocked really high. We won't see a good comparison until the 512Mb GTX comes out.
