How do I do it and what parts do I need? I cute hole on my case (steel, not aluminum), and I don't know what deburring is and how to do it.

deburring is removing the sharp edges from cutting or drilling metal. What size hole determines what method of deburring to use. A drilled hole for a screw might not need it, but a 80 mm hole for a fan might. A dre3mel with a medium stone works well for this or a rat tail file.
