I can't help but notice. Last night reallly pissed me off.

An example:
Someone asked Bush, "what are three mistakes you made that you wish you could change?" Answer in short. Iraq is going exactly as planned. They guy is apparently perfect! Didn't even give one example after looking very confused. The question wqas very straight forward. It's not that he wants to be a "brave" leader. He has a superiority complex or some sort of other mental illness.
This is just an example, please leave it at that. Please stay on topic with the posts and maybe give other examples. Please dont start another Bush vs Kerry thread.

Anyways. One question pertaining to the first two debates. This pertains to both candidates:

Do you think to many questions asked are simply are not answered?

Of course they are not being answered.. there was absolute ZERO benefit for Bush to answer that question.. if he did, the democrats would have the soundbits in commercials in 30 seconds.. There is NO WAY he should have answered that question...

The same pertained to Kerry and abortion funding... There was NO benefit for him to answer that.. and he didn't.

Kerry did answer that question, he said he did not think it was right to deny a woman her constitutional rights because she is poor, or something to that effect.

I also think Bush's answer to the mistakes question was just as useful, maybe even more so, than if he had picked out 3 meaningless mistakes to answer it directly.

So you only have to answer a question if it benefits you ?

If the truth has to be spoken it's not needed unless there's an immediate benefit from it ?

I totally agree with HateMyJob, Bush totally ducked the question.

I think according to Bush, he has made no mistakes.
