I suggest you listen to what the guy with the AR15 had to say, his argument was more cogent than the teenage angst stream of consciousness you cobbled together above. Plus from the law perspective, death threats are a felony last I checked and open carry is perfectly legal in many states (including the one where it happened).

I'm not making an argument that core democratic speech (tshifts, signs etc.) is somehow an arrestable offense. Death threats of any kind, however, are in no way protected constitutional speech.
