Meh, I evoke the guns and roses law that any trailer that includes welcome to the jungle is doomed.

Needs more David Carradine, and bewbies.

Oh, and what would Death Race be without Machine Gun Joe Viterbo?

Sorry, but I've seen two trailers and this looks absolutely terrible.

Looks like total trash. I have to sit through the stupid "behind the scenes" trailer everytime I got to the movies. Someone get Ian Mcshane a good role :(

Probably no giant knives on the hoods of the cars, either. :(

The whole movie summarized in 2:41, why bother watching the whole thing.

It is Rated R so there must and will be some good killing scenes. One hopes anyways. I'll be there opening night.

You know what, that is exactly what I think. The story line is similar.

Death Race:
Prisoners kill each other in a race for a reward (in this case freedom).
It's all sponsored by one person (going by the trailer at least).
One memorable character (the guy played by jason statholm)

Twisted Metal:
Random people, prisoners, mental patients, etc. kill each other in a free-for-all for a reward (what-ever they desired).
It's all sponsored by one person (Calypso)
One memorable character (sweet tooth).

I'm willing to bet if ya thought about it you could make more ties.

this. they pretty much reveal just about everything in the (most likely ridiculously predictable) plot.

Rated R for strong violence and language.

All the hot chicks playing prisoners/navigators and not a single nude prison shower scene or lesbian tryst!?! Blasphemy!
