There was a similar case like this that I saw on Spike TV's 1000 ways to die. Basically this old lady use to be a mdoel of some sort but got old. BUt with age comes wisdom right? So she decided to inject corn oil into her face to give it some 'plump' or w/e. Ended up dying.
