they mean.. when you sleep.. if you have the fan directly pointed towards you and not rotating

lol in the middle of summer ive had 2 fans pointed on me while i slept. this was for maybe like a month.

one at the top of the head fixed, other one rotating over my body on my left side (sweeping from head to foot)
