Dear UPS

I have heard so many bad stories about UPS, but I have recently ran into one myself. I am putting together a new rig, and one of the websites I used shipped via UPS. The tracking number online says the package could not be delivered because of some weird thing... So I called up and they said that the drive said there is a gate around my neighborhood (I guess like one of those old people developments) and he could not get through... DUHHHH there is nothing restricting access to my house, I live in your normal everyday development. UPS SUCKS. WHY DIDNT THE GUY JUST SAY HE GOT LOST AND TURN IN HIS TRUCK??????? FEDEX FOR LIFE. And Yes, I made sure they had the correct address.

Well, I'm lucky to have a cool UPS delivery lady who knows I am sleeping during the day because I work third shift. She always puts any packages for me inside my entry hall instead of leaving them outside.

Oh, and her name is Bunny.... :Q

I bought a cell phone online and they emailed the tracking number to me. The next day I went to find my shipment thru the UPS website and it said the package was delivered on AUG 4 2003 to Ohio. I ordered the cellphone on Jan 29 2005 and I live in Mich. I hear Rod Sterling calling my name.

That happens sometimes. UPS recycles tracking numbers IIRC.

I haven't had any serious problem with either UPS or FedEx

no problems with ups or fedex. a package took more than 10 days for usps priorty 🙁
