why the hell would you want a force inducted honda? First off they wont make their econoboxes awd or rwd (civic, accord) and 250 hp is about as much as you'd want on a FWD car. The R&D cost is way more than they would ever make on a Civic rice-R edition with turbocharged 1.6 liter so it's never gonna happen

As far as s2k goes, all they have to do is make the engine slightly bigger to get more power out of. The only compain i've been hearing is the lack of torque which would be solved with bigger displacement

Turbo? Who wants a time lag between putting your foot down and when you actually get power. I love my '97 Prelude, instant power when I need it.

Now AWD, that is something that Honda needs to address real quick. I could take off that much quicker with power going to all wheels. *sigh*

Turbo on a K22A making 250 hp and 30.0 kg-m (roughly = 198 ftlb?) with AWD system from the MDX.
The turbo is a low boost so it will mainly increase low-end torque and allow i-vtec to do the rest on the top end.
Is this a photochop teaser? Please don't do me like this... Hopefully this is real, what about a 3.0 turbo version? 😱 Now I'm asking for too much... Thanks Andy.

urr, its a cut out from a car magazine I bought from HongKong, and that issue was OLDDD (like January of 2004). I am suprised that I can't anything on the internet about this. (coz usually this kind of stuff leaks out on the internet first, then enthusastist magazine, then the news, and then the dealership.)

Don't get all worked up. This will end up like the Accord Type-R/SiR; it won't make it over here......

they should make a new prelude.

they did, and they added 2 doors to it. its called the TSX 🙂

Except the TSX is fat and bloated. It needs to lose about 500 lbs. Then we'd be talking.

Prelude was fat and bloated as well.

It was 300lbs lighter then the TSX with similar power.
