I like how with all sports fans there's this idea that somehow the victory of the team is part theirs. Nevermind the fact that they in no way contributed to what happened on the field, and nevermind the fact that most of "their" state team is composed of players who weren't even born in that state.

You mean the ones who are hyped all of the time but can't seem to even sell out their own stadium?

Since 1995, they've only sold out 30 of their last 88 home games. Their average attendance last year was 31st in the league (out of 32 teams)... only beating the friggin Arizona Cardinals.

Fans there are even known for throwing batteries (C & D cells) at anyone stupid enough to wear the gear of a competing team to the stadium, and vandalize cars with anything from another team...
