Deals on cell phones?

I'm in the market for a new phone, and I'm completely torn at this point between the Note 4, Droid Turbo and LG G3, I can't make a decision :\ I'm leaning towards the note 4 as the most "complete" one, but it's just so damned big, I'm not sure if I want something that big.

Regardless of which phone I get, I'm wondering if it generally pays to wait for black friday to get a better deal on a phone. Should I just pull the trigger on one of those now, or does it generally pay off to wait a few weeks for a deal around black Friday?

Normally on Black Friday you get deals on subsidy phones usually. So like buy one S5 get a second for free. Or get a Galaxy Tablet or smartwatch cheaper with purchase of a subsidy phone.

Right now Verizon is offering $100 off the Turbo with a trade in of *any* working smart phone. Get something cheap off craigslist and you can use that if you are interested in that one. Verizon typically markets their cheap phones on Black Friday. Not flagship ones. Moto might offer some sort of deal on the X at thanksgiving, but it's hard to say.

Bestbuy was offering $200 off with tradein of a smart phone for the note 4, but when I looked at what actually was considered a "smart phone", it basically excluded anything older, it was mostly newer devices that have decent value. I had thought about buying an old smartphone on craigslist and trading it in, but it wouldn't help much if you have to spend a lot on that phone.

Interesting, I'll keep that in mind.

I'm looking for a new subsidy phone with new 2 year plan (I'm not under contract), so that would be fine, except I don't need "buy one get another one cheap", I just need one.

I been hoping to see a nexus 5 price reduction. It's crazy how after a year they dont cut the price at all...

As another said, wait till Black Friday. I'm in the same boat as you. Keeping my eye on the Note Edge to be released soon and hopefully with some kind of promotion for BF.
