really?, I was getting frustrated, the entire chat took almost an hour since it was about 5 minutes between Daisy's responses. I don't think there is anything wrong with asking for an explanation

because most toys are made in China? Do you inspect your magic wands for official licenses and holograms. It's a $10 toy that would a fun gift for a 6 YO not a collectors item.

this is a chinese based company located in china/hongkong, you will see that from their contact info. it should be expected the staff may not speak/type english fully. it's obvious they are running their sentences through a translator program, but it's not like it's so bad as to not get the general idea as to what's going on. are you asking for an explanation or you just can't understand someone unless they tell you in fully grammatical english?

your order is coming from their new warehouse, the new warehouse's stock is not integrated/applied into their current network yet, so she can't check the stock/inventory for the products from that warehouse yet, check back in 2-3 days. products cannot be taken from old warehouse at the moment for whatever reason.

i've ordered a lot from them before with no issues. usually takes 2-4 weeks to get to me since it's from asia after all.

Gosh, my flashlight and usb adapter arrived 3 weeks after shipping and I didn't have to talk to anyone. Both excellent quality items at a low cost. Daisy sounds tired... clear?
