I know I can find plenty on the internet but I was hopiong to get others input on what some of your favorite dealer's choice games are.

A few I like:
Texas Holdem, run it twice - Instead of the boards having 1 row of 5, there are two. And you can play one, the other or both. The winner foreach row is worth half the pot.

Follow the queen - This 7-card stud game uses a wild-card designated as whichever card is immediately dealt (exposed, or face-up) after any queen previously dealt (exposed). In the event that the final card dealt (exposed) is itself a queen, then all queens are wild. If no queens are dealt (exposed), then there are no wilds for that hand. Betting is the same as in normal 7-card stud games. Follow the Queen is a typical game variant in Dealer's Choice poker games.

Follow The Queen is a neat idea, I might try to remember that one.

I play a little bit every year at hunting camp in the fall, two that I like are these and just plain old 7 card no peek with a wild somewhere.

Baseball - 7 card stud, 4 card grants you an extra card face down, 9 is wild, 3 is wild but forces you to match the pot or fold if it's face up. Night Baseball is the same game but is 7card "no peek" with same conditions applied upon flipping cards up.

"Straight" poker, progressive - "jacks or better to open trips or better to win". Basically traditional five card poker but the pot builds consecutively between hands until someone wins. You cannot bet unless you have at least a pair of jacks and you cannot win unless you have at least three of a kind of some sort.

I sure miss our Friday night poker games. It was always dealer's choice.

Biggest pot we ever played was a game called "in between". Two cards face up, you bet on whether the next card is in between them. Minimum bet was a nickel, maximum was whatever amount the pot was. Ran that pot up to $321 in cash, plus a check and a watch. Fortunately, I won because the check was mine. I gave the guy his watch back, tho. :D

I like Follow the Queen, but when it's all guys playing, we call it Follow the Bitch. Screw Your Neighbor is good as a drinking game too. I always enjoy Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo. Pineapple and Tahoe is good as well.

Variation of Guts

Each player antes into a pot. Players are dealt 4 cards. Designate two cards as wilds, usually Queens and 3s. The only hands you are looking for are high card, pairs, trips, or quads; everything else is garbage. After looking at your hand, each player holds their cards together and the dealer counts to three. Players who want out of the current round will drop their hand. Players still in are asked if they want to swap cards. If they do, they can swap only two cards (not one, not three, not four), then reveal their hand. Person with the highest hand takes the pot, losers of that round match the pot. Stack passes to next dealer and next round begins.

If there is only 1 person who stays in, the dealer asks if the lone player wants to swap cards. After swapping/non-swapping, the dealer deals 4 cards for a dealer hand. The dealer and the rest of the players conspire to get the best hand and also get a chance to swap cards. The hands are then revealed and if dealer wins, player still in matches pot. If player wins, the game ends.

-In the case of players with same hand, natural cards will beat wild cards: AAQ3 will beat AQ33 (Q and 3 are wild).

-If player does not have enough chips to match pot, they must put in what they have then sit out X number of rounds (determined by players before game begins). They must buy in again if they want to play.

The minimum a player will lose is the original ante, for they can drop their cards and sit out every round. The pot will grow exponentially if more people stay in each round.

Tops and Bottoms

Players are dealt 5 cards. Two rows of 5 cards are dealt on the board. Flip over the first card in the top and bottom row. Top row is community row; any player can use it. Bottom row is discard row; whoever has the card has to discard it from their hand onto that card in the bottom row. Repeat till all cards in the rows are flipped over. Betting commences after each flip of the cards. Player with highest poker hand wins.
