Hey Fellas,
A trader whom I had a recently deal with has been "construed" as a dealer, & is hoping to get the issue resolved with his ID back @ Anand's & would also really like to take care of any "pending" deals ongoing. He was a class A trader when dealing with me, & I am one of the mis-understandings (see below) - Justin really did more than I could expect. I'll be glad to act as a reference for Justin - to anyone, for his excellent trading actions.

Hello All,
Some of you may know me as Skriz. I recently have been construed as a dealer, and for the lack of a better term, have been banned by the Moderators.
I have read the rules that were posted when I signed up, and the two threads
posted in the FS/FT forums recently, and the only thing that either of those two reading said about
dealers is that they may not sell as a dealers, but they may sell as individuals as long as there are
no references to their website or other marketing material.
[*]I accidentally used a "sales" email address, but it was 5 in the morning, & I changed it after some messages from other traders.
[*]Since that little "incident", I have followed these rules fully, and completely understand their meanings so I don't see why the mods have even bothered with me!
I buy stuff in large quanity to sell, and yes, this technically WOULD make me a dealer. But then again,
I have fully complied with the rules set herein by the Moderators, and have NOT REPRESENTED myself as a dealer!
I have just been trying to give you guys a little help by taking advantage of my purchasing and selling power.
I am a person just like some of you guys that is offering alot of things for cheap! Also, when was the last time
you saw a "dealer" selling USED parts, or even GIVING AWAY stuff for free???
I am only 16 years old, soon to be 17, on March 24th! I have had my business open since the first of January, 2000, and have had by customer database grow to over 450 customers since then. Since my time here on AnandTech, I have conducted over 30 deals, and not one of them have been dissatisfied. But, to be fair, I must note that there were 2 deals which had some mis-understanding, BUT, I took care of them by either refunding part or all of their money and letting them keep the merchandise.
It takes money to make money... because there is nothing that holds a candle to an unhappy customer.
Believe me! I have given many businesses a part of MY mind, and I am sure many of YOU out there have done the same!
Just to note... I have various Heatwares, e-Bay feedbacks, e-mails, letters snail-mailed, and phone calls just complimenting on my professional manner in handling transactions. And to top it all off... they are 99.99% Positive!!! (with the consideration of the "neutral" by accident posts that we all love!)
Please post your comments, whether they be good or bad, so I as well as your fellow AnandTechers
know your point of view as well as where you stand on this subject. I really need to be able to be let
back into the trading community, if for nothing else, to finish the pending sales with current members.
I would like to make sure that any deals "ongoing" here at this time are served in the same manner.
Anyone involved with me in a deal right now, please e-mail me at ArcticSilver@Hotmail.com to have it resolved to your satisfactions. Also, this e-mail address was set up only to take care of pending sales. Please e-mail me at Justin@Elite-PC.Net to take care of anything else, or just to e-mail me your comments.
