I'm not quite sure what you mean, but if you're afraid that you won't get them in time to use the rebate, you need to postmark the rebate by 12/02/02. You only need to PURCHASE the item by 11/02.

I was curious for online purchases though, what qualifies as the receipt? Is it the packing slip with the item, or is it the email verification of the purchase?

After your item ships (I think that is when it shows up) you can go to Bestbuy.com and view your orders. At the bottom right of the page showing the order there will be a "create a receipt" button. I know that you can use that.

I think it's better to use the receipt in you shipping package.
 
hmmmm thinking about buying these.... anyone acctually try and burn with these?
i've been hearing that some cd-r's have been exploding because they're being spun too fast!
that would suck if my 40x burner got screwed up just cause i bought these cd-r's. ugh.

Looking at this media, it's got to be some of the worst media ever. hehe...
good find anyways.
 
Thanx guys. I already have 4 50-pk spindles on my floor...dunno what I'm gonna do with another 75 CD-Rs, but damn AT, cant pass up a good deal. I better start burning things. =)
 
Great! I picked some up as well. I love ordering tiny free after rebate items from Best Buy and making them ship them to me...makes up for all the times they try to sell me a warranty in store.

125 CDR's for about $1.62 this week...
 
Free is good, thanks Allisolm(queen of CDR deals), BTW how many CDR blanks do you have sitting around?
