I've been considering getting some professional quality photo paper and printing photos from my printer and I ran across this at Staples B&M:
'Buy 2 Kodak Ultima 40 pack photo papers and get 1 free!'
So you get 120 sheets of kodak's highest quality photo paper for $60. That's 50c a sheet. Combine with Visioneer 8100 scanner ($99 with $70-80 MIR) to use the $30 off 150 coupon for additional 19% off... That's approx 40c a sheet.
Here are the stats for Kodak Ultima:
Size: 8.5" x 11" 40 sheets
Weight: 270 g/m²
Thickness: 10 mil
Surfaces: High Gloss
Brightness: 95
Granted, there's also the Staples brand premium photo paper for $21 for 100 sheets, but then again we are looking at two different qualities of paper.
Weight: 185 g/m²
Thickness: 9 mil
Surfaces: High Gloss
Brightness: 95
Comments??
