Deal on a CPU?

i5 2500k socket 1155 cpu

I have been in contact with this person and he has agree to an exchange for my i3 2100 plus $60.00 (Canada). He paid $246 in september, I paid $146.00 for my i3 November (Ill save about $60.00 with taxes)

Does this sound reasonable and what should I watch for?

I have asked him to leave the CPU in so I could see it working.

Ill be seeing him tomorrow.

No price check threads. Do you research online to verify any pricing concerns you may have.

A retail box. I wouldn't pay that much unless he could give me a serial number to warranty it should any issues arise.
