Sure. You address the router through a web page you access by entering the ip address of the router and a password. From there you can open ports, block ports, place one compter in DMZ etc. Actually the Siemens router has very good control. Better than some other cheap routers lile D-Link or Linksys. It's not difficult and there is a good tutorial that lists port numbers etc. on the Seimens website or you can call them.
Main disadvantage of this router is that it's only 2 ports and of course it's not exactly a Cisco router but they cost hundreds more.
