Deal have gone *COLD* Samsung 753DF @ Staples for $185 (Samsung Rebate www.TCARebates.com == Prime Peripheral??)

www.buy.com no longer have free shipping over $100 for the time being.

Samsung Rebate (www.TCARebates.com) == Prime Peripheral??

If so, the rebates is invalid since Prime Peripheral went bankrupted. I am very uncertain because both my modem rebate (Prime Peripheral) and the samsung rebate directed to www.tcarebates.com.

If I have mistaken for anything, please excuse me for my concern about my part.

TCARebates should continue with all other companies they deal with, right? I figure they cancelled Prime Peripherals rebates because Prime went out of business, not them.

Anyway, I got the Samsung 753DF early this year and it's been over 12 weeks since they processed my rebate. Still haven't gotten it and probably won't.

I got my first 753DF rebate after sending TCARebates an email and threatening BBB..Funny...check went out next day...That was at the 13 week mark

I have one more outstanding rebate for another 753DF for $50 thru BB, so I am not worried about that 1...

err, this guy doesn't know what he's talking about, confusing the rebate processing company w/ the manufacturer (that ultimately has to hand over the funds).

Guys and or gals:

I have had multiple problems with TCA rebates. First, for the 753 Df rebate, I called after 12 weeks and TCA tells me they lost it (BS!!!!). Bottom line, after a few fighting phone calls, I finally emailed Samsungmonitor.com and got a hold of one of their representatives. (Sondra Westly-FAX # 408-544-4986, email: SondraW@sea.samsung.com) I wrote to her and faxed her my copies of UPC, rebate , and receipt. She then called TCA to authorize the rebate and wrote me back, "I was just told that your rebate check will go out today. Please allow 7 to 10 days for mailing." So, hopefully this was resolved. We'll see, but give her a try after calling TCa and seeing what is up.

For the Prime rebate: (mine was for a modem from Staples) Staples had me contact :

Don't even bother with filling out another rebate if they use TCA Rebates. The BBB of New York has 50+ negative complaints filed in the last year alone. The company has the LOWEST rating allowed by the BBB.

I've had my fair share of problems with TCA as well. I speak from experience that if they have one of your rebates, hound them constantly, contact the manufacturer or retailer that is involved with your rebate and tell them you are an unhappy customer because of TCA. 9 times out of 10 they will step in on your behalf and get the situation resolved quickly.

Just to let y'all know, I got my Samsung 753DF rebate a couple days ago. All it took was firing off an email to a Samsung rep ;)

Its great that Sondra has helped you getting the rebate check. We hire TCA Rebates to fulfill our rebate program (also check: http://www.wheresmyrebate.com) and we have not heard anything about them going out of business. Samsung rebates should still be good and if you have any problems not getting your rebate after 8 weeks, please feel free to email Sondra or myself so we can help you getting it resolved. Also if you do not get good responds from TCA when you elect to contact them directly, please feel free to let us know... As a client, Samsung requires our vendors to be courteous and to do what they are supposed to do. TCA is no exception so please do contact us if you run into any problems.
