That's 51% off the list but for the users H&R Block software, this is still the cheapest I've found.

H&R Block software

I use the Deluxe with state and it lists for 45.00 but normally it goes for 30-35 on Amazon.

Today its only 21.99. You can get the software immediately by download or have the CD send to you for those that like a physical copy.

I was going to post the link I found on CNET but its loaded with referrals so the link above is from searching. But it does expire today.
Here's the Cnet link to verify the offer:
http://www.amazon.com/b/?_encoding=U...ode=8198213011

Please no threadcrapping about how Taxcut is better or how one uses other software because its free. For those not interested in this deal, please just move on.

Thanks!

I've never used tax software, only whatever I can find to file online, but that price is actually about on par with what I pay for those services anyway, so I'm interested, but you'll have to forgive my ignorance on the subject, but any idea if you still have to pay a fee for the filing service when you use their software?

Is the software any different than their website software?

Also, Nash, the software comes with 5 free federal filings. I don't know about state though.

The Federal filing is always free. I think you get 5 free fed filings. The state filing is 19.99 IIRC. AFAIK, all tax programs give free fed filing and charge for the state.

I have been using H&R block for nearly 15 years so its easy for me to stick with the same.

Thanks! In for 1 as well. About $10 cheaper than last year. Downloading now.

Also been using it for a long time, at least 10 years. Very convenient to keep with it.
