Deadly Premonition Finally Coming To PC

From what I've seen of it over the years it is basically a glorious B-Grade schlock combo of Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Twin Peaks, and a healthy dose of LSD.

Plus, who wouldn't want to play a game where the main character talks to the voices in his head, has coffee visions, AND fights limbo Joker zombies????

+1. Deadly Premonition always had a very strong, cult-like following. I never had the chance to play it because I didn't own a PS3 or a 360 for a long time.

Now I could buy it for my newfangled PS3, but I'd much prefer to play it on PC if possible.

Short review of 360 version-
If random bad glitches (think almost any Bethesda game) are your thing, but in heavier doses. If you think Uwe Boll movies have good dialog and plot, this is it. If you think graphics from the PS2 are cutting edge, its the game to have.. There are 100's of games with rating of 50% or lower that are better. If it had good graphics, or good story, or less glitch's you could overlook, but its got it all in the BAD dept.



but.. as its got the love here (all positive posts except mine).. I may be wrong.. I got mine for $4.99 on amazon so its all good.

I watched Giant bomb's endurance run...twice (two teams played at the same time). Its really bad in a technical sense, but the story is pretty good. I'm in...during the winter sale.

Well, shoot. The PC version came out today, and the port-job is apparently really bad. Like, Dark Souls levels of bad.

-No resolution options (stuck at 720p)
-No graphics options
-No gamepad support
-Buggy menus

Let's hope for a patch, or for modders to come in and save it. I'm glad I actually held off on this one.
