I bought Deadly Premonition on release and it was just awful. Frames dropping into the 15s (This was on an ivy i7 and twin 7970s) , 720p locked resolution , controller support not working.
I had read about the problems being fixed so decided to give it another go. You have to download a fix for the resolution but the frame rate is now solid 60 all the way and the controller support has been fixed.
So played it for most of the weekend. Apart from the occasional crash to desktop it's been good and it's a good game. Something a bit different than a shooter using the unreal engine
My question is , are there any other obscure console games ported over to the PC that I may have missed. As despite this games problems it is really quite good
