I was a Sprint Customer for over 5 years. They changed their network in the area I lived in and our 2 year old phones became real crappy. When I called to ask for new phones due to THIER changes, they told me the best they would do was a $15 discount on TWO phones. Oh, they offered me 100 more free minutes a month as well. I cancelled the service 2 weeks later and they didn't act like they gave a crud.
