Seemed like a pretty good deal, someone mentioned on their forums the refurbs are usually $349, and they sell for $499 new

consumer reports would probably say they were still overpriced. other cheaper vacs outperform and outprice it
 
Amazon dropped their price yesterday during the deal :|

I checked it before I bought + it was still $399

Would have rather gotten it from Amazon too, woot always takes 3-5 days to ship.


Also, I have been buying a new "Consumer reports recommended" $70 vaccum every year for the past 10.. They just dont last. Everyone I know personally that has a Dyson loves it, so I figured I would give it a shot.
