Not only did I get some post-it stuff, apparently I was given 13 bucks. Looks like I'll be stopping by my local B&M Staples tomorrow!

Edit: the verdict is in...apparently this is normal; I was given cash credit for unused coupons, and credit for unshipped/not available items. They said the 13 bucks is mine, along with what parts of my order came in. Sweet! :Q
