FWIW this brand is "Tier F • Replace immediately" on the PSU Tier List, due to review manipulation.

It might make sense to get a low end PSU for a true budget build. But if you need 1300W (say to drive a high end GPU), you probably are willing to spend an extra $100 on a well-reviewed unit.

If 1200W is enough, the be quiet! Pure Power 12 M is $180 for Prime members ($200 otherwise). I think that's on sale, although it might be higher than it was on Black Friday.

For this price range, I think ATX 3.0 is a must. But if you don't care, Micro Center B&M sometimes puts their house label "Maingear Ignition" PSUs on sale. It's a rebadged FSP Hydro, so at least "B Tier". Regular price for 1200W is $250, but it's only $100 when added to the cart (it's been on sale for a few weeks!). This is an in-store deal only.

Don't take the tiers too literally, but they are usually a good guide.
Any "premium" well-reviewed 1200W+ ATX 3.0 PSU is gonna cost $200+.

There's also this deal, but I can't comment on the quality of the unit (Rosewill PSUs seem to be Tier B or worse):

99 bucks is hard to beat if not needing to power a 7900xt/6900x/20 internal drives/and a br player too with 40 fans going and enough lights Stevie Wonder could see them :p

If you just need to power a <275 W GPU, you could potentially just get a 750W-850W PSU from a very reputable brand. For example, the Corsair RM750e usually runs between $90-$110.
