This is one of the few things I've actually returned because of poor quality.

First, the blade had a dull spot so it cut like a perforated line. Worse, the cutting blade travels next to the edge of the board and with the slightest pressure slipped off, making a miserable cut.

The larger version of this, which we also have, has been terrific.

Just a heads up.
 
I'm batting 0 for 2 today, first the Router, now this.

I ordered a couple we shall see how they work for me. Since it's Staples it is no problem to return at least. Just needed something to affordably trim photos.
 
Got them today.

For their normal Staples price of $30 they would have to go back, but for the $10 a piece I gave for them they are outstanding. Been cutting everything from paper to photographs with excellent results.

Couldn't be happier.
