Dead tired. How do i pep up?

Got little sleep last night.

Haven't had lunch yet. Ate a light breakfast, and i dont like coffee.

What to eat?

What can i do to make it till 5!!!!!!!
 
Get up and walk around ever so often. Get something to drink (doesn't necessarily need caffeine in it).

Do some exercise. <--- this always wakes me up. (i walk around the building really fast)
 
Take a quick and brisk walk outside. rotate your head in slow circles for a few seconds to the left and the right, then, go to the restroom and put very cool water on some paper towel and lay it across the back of your neck.
 
Walk enough to get your heart rate up a bit, do some pushups or something to get that thick blood moving. If I start dragging I often take a quick walk through the pulp mill to get going again.
