Just replaced my ps with the new Seasonic M12 series II, 500 watt unit. I decided to use the 8 pin connector vice the 4 pin. Now, in hardware monitor the readings are as follows:

cpu: 1.31
+12: 6.41
AVCC: 3.30
+3.3: 3.30
VIN1: 1.18
+5: 3.72
VIN3: 1.57

The system is running and under the bios everything is fine...thoughts?
 
That has got to be software reading. If you really were getting that low, your system wouldn't run to tell you it was that low 😉
