Eh. I would get a long cable & powercord, put it out in an open field, turn it on, and see what happens.

Seriously though, it's probably gone.

*Edit* Upon second thought....2 feet isn't much to fall. It depends on where it hit, I suppose.

only one way to make sure its not working....get out the BFH and finish it off...sounds like a good time to upgrade to a nice lcd :)

There's a small chance of survival. At the local gaming center here there are two 21" Samsung monitors that had a crack in the casing from being tossed around in the shipping process that still work great.

Chances? Well it depends. If the the tube looks intact you might be OK.

Good news is, replacement CRT monitors are dirt cheap!

Well, if it is really dead, It's not that big of a deal considering I was using it as an external display for my laptop. Although it was a damn good monitor too. Stupid gravity.
