I filled out an online price match form through the officemax website for CompUSA. I put the URL where the printer was .. but I was thinking it shouldn't matter if it says OOS when the officemax people go there, you can always argue, "well, it was in stock right after I ordered it from you guys (officemax)." One problem is, office max says they figure shipping costs into the pricematch. So where officemax gives free next day, compusa wants $40. The "fine print" seemed to suggest that if you didn't put shipping costs in, they would simply add "$5 dollars to the price". It wasn't clear if that was $5 to the sale price of the item, or $5 to the actual shipping charges that they have to figure out. I just put in $0 for the shipping charges at CompUSA. I'll see what happens. Right now I'm getting the printer for about $70 .. if the PM works, it will be $20. Either way, great price on what seems to be a pretty decent printer. It has to be better than this POS HP 693c I've been using.
