Dead Space...sleeper hit?

the more videos I see of this game the less interesting it looks. having to dismember every creature you encounter will become tedious Im sure. I will wait for a few in depth reviews before I decide to pick it up or not.

I think having to take out enemies in different ways is a great idea. It's no different than having to "strategically" get a headshot to take down a human-based AI character.

I'm only about 10 minutes into the movie, but at this point they haven't mentioned whether or not you can change the view from 3rd to 1st person.

reminds me too much of doom3. i don't care for the horror fps type games. doesn't seem like there's much variety in gameplay.

I do not believe that you can.

3rd person only.

Of course they aren't PC scores, but it doesn't look like the devs just put it out for PC for the extra money (crappy port). Reminds me of RE4, and I love the 3rd person over the shoulder view, along with no HUD.
