I've been watching prices and they all seem to be going up, get yourself a good deal on this newer version of the Goflex, it actually has functional vents and holes on the top so it doesn't get nearly as hot as the old one. I bought two, and am going to use them to backup all my data and then back that one up incase of drive failure.

Goto ebay and buy a 25 off 75 or 25 off 100 for around 4bucks for steaming hot deal.

I paid 139.99 - $25 coupon = 114.99 + tax $5.75 for tax and $4 for coupon for a total of $124.74 each

Nobody in for 1 or 2? Look around check prices, i just read articles about how Seagate and Western Digital are both going to produce way under demand this coming quarter because of the Thailand flooding... Even the factories that are not flooded are being held up by parts from suppllers because they may be flooded and shut down but prices are going up, grab one while you can...

There are many more, get it while you can, you've been warned.

Great deal, but I personally stay away from Seagate drives due to bad experiences with them. Thanks for posting just the same!

I was really annoyed at first by the lack of an on/off switch, but i just figured out that if I disable my USB 3.0 add-on card it turns the drives off so basically I have a software power button I can use now and am now completely satisfied with the drives. I just wish that the card had a power saving feature that would turn the drives off automatically when not in use.
