Got me one, too. I've been waiting for a great deal on a spinpoint for my htpc. My 500GB spinpoint is quiet and cool. Sweet!

Thanks OP. In for one. I have a 103 model as well. Will work great as a 2nd 1TB drive in my WHS.

I absolutely love the HD103UJ. This looks like a newer version with a smaller cache. Anyone seen reviews for this?

Dead for now. It was out of stock and now they've removed it from system.

Correct. I believe this cheaper one is the older original F1 with 320GB platter density whereas the HD103 model is the newer model with 500GB platter density.

This is just off the top of my head though. I could be wrong. Either way...awesome deal!

Unlikely. It's their F2 drives that have 500GB platters and those drives don't seem to be available yet.

dunno if the promo code's over, but the price went back up $10 :(

*Edit* I put one in my cart & used the promo code & it did take 10% off, so I guess it's still good.

Received mine today. Box looked like UPS played football with it. It was packed pretty good though with peanuts and bubble wrap so I'm hoping it was not damaged. I can't blame NE for the shipping damage. I'm running Hitachi DFT now to make sure it's ok.

I don't know what it is but whenever I order a 1TB HD I always have shipping issues. Last time it was the TD packaging issue with the WD 1TB black a few months ago. Between this and my problems with Geeks.com I think I'll stop ordering stuff for a while.
