$20 AR is crazy-cheap for this case! I bought one when it first came out, and I had some issues with the shielding on the SATA dock (wouldn't work with SATA6G SSDs), and maybe some shielding problems with the USB3.0, and the headphone jack wasn't quite right. But that was years ago, hopefully they've fixed those deficiencies.

This case has 8 expansion slot brackets, so you can use a standard ATX mobo, with a PCI-E x16 in the last slot, and still fit a double-wide graphics card in there.

Just a really decent case, rather fairly large too. Not really RGB bling-blingy, but I think that the intake fans are blue LED.

I've been eyeing this deal myself and I think it's a steal for $20.

This is NOT a "cheap case". This is every bit a $100 case. (Ok, it's a Rosewill, so QC may be slightly suspect, as I found out.)

$20, that's like the lowest price of an FBM-05 or FBM-X1 micro-ATX case.

One thing, though, is I don't know how well this Blackhawk is amenable to water-cooling. (Eg., it's really not.)

I think they are being a little tricky with the "was $99.99". That's what they launched it at, but as you can see from this chart, it has dropped in price before (and this doesn't factor in MIR):

That said, for $20 it's a no-brainer smoking hot deal (even $35 is pretty dang good). Amazon has it for $47 shipped (3rd party seller), but no MIR.
